LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Texas Roadhouse’s popular rolls are now available in stores, but only for a limited time.
The restaurant chain confirmed to WLWT that Walmart is testing Texas Roadhouse’s mini rolls for 8 weeks in stores across Indiana, Kentucky, and parts of Ohio.
Around 80 stores in Ohio, mainly in eastern and central regions, will participate in the test, according to a spokesperson.
The rolls were set to hit shelves on June 29, but some Walmart stores stocked them early, creating a social media buzz.
The restaurant chain stated that the mini rolls are inspired by their famous “made from scratch rolls” and feature a honey cinnamon glaze.
“Nothing beats the fresh baked bread we make in our restaurants daily; however, we’re excited for our guests to have an inspired-by product available to them to make at home,” a spokesperson told WLWT.
