Patrick Mahomes, the quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs, and his wife, Brittany, took to social media to share a significant personal milestone. They joyfully revealed that they are expecting their third child by posting Brittany’s pregnancy photos. The announcement prompted WNBA rookie Caitlin Clark to send a heartfelt message to the family in response to the post.
Despite not being an avid user of social media, the Indiana Fever guard made sure to reach out to the Mahomes family with a brief message. It’s worth noting that Clark and Brittany follow each other on Instagram.
“Awhhh congrats!!!” Clark said.
Aaron Rodgers, a two-time NFL MVP, and his wife are parents to a 3-year-old daughter named Sterling and an 18-month-old son named Bronze.
According to reports, Patrick and his wife first crossed paths in 2012 while attending Whitehouse High School. At the time, Patrick was a sophomore and Brittany was a junior. Fast forward to 2020, shortly after Patrick’s triumphant Super Bowl win in the 2019 season, he proposed to Brittany. The couple tied the knot in 2022 and have been happily married ever since.
Clark and Patrick are both highly regarded as exceptional athletes in their respective leagues. In the NFL, the Chiefs’ star has established himself as one of the most outstanding players, owning three of the last five Super Bowl victories. Meanwhile, the 22-year-old rookie from Iowa has been creating a buzz in her first WNBA season, impressively averaging 16.7 points and 7.6 assists per game. Her exceptional performance earned her a spot in the WNBA All-Star team.
The announcement was truly thrilling, and what made it even more remarkable was the mutual respect shown between two of the world’s finest athletes. Witnessing this level of admiration was truly awe-inspiring.
