According to a report by News Channel 9, a teenager stabbed a 3-year-old girl in Cohutta, Georgia.
On Thursday, a home located on Derby Drive in Whitfield County was the site of an incident.
According to the sheriff’s statement to News Channel 9, a relative of the child brought them to an EMS station in the vicinity, and the child was then airlifted to Children’s Hospital at Erlanger.
Authorities have taken a 17-year-old girl into custody, and she is now facing charges of aggravated assault.
The authorities have not yet revealed the identity and condition of the child. It remains uncertain whether there is any familial relationship between the teenager and the child.
