Law enforcement officers found drugs while conducting a traffic stop.
According to a news statement, on Tuesday evening, March 18th, 2025, West Virginia State Troopers conducted a traffic stop. When I made contact with the driver, I noticed a distinct whiff of marijuana coming from the vehicle. Troopers then performed a search, seizing around 21 pounds (ca. 10 kg) of marijuana and $1400 in cash.
Kuloni Brown, 45, of Charleston, WV, was arrested and charged with driving while revoked for DUI, DUI, possession with intent to deliver, and driving left of center.
