The department expressed their gratitude towards all the agencies involved in the operation, but especially towards citizens who provided crucial tips leading to Turner’s arrest. The post emphasized the fact that without the support of the public, the department couldn’t have achieved this outcome.
According to Police Chief Joe Quave, evading law enforcement is not a viable option as he boldly stated, “You can run, but you can’t hide.”
