John Doe 49, who was described as a white male aged between 45 and 65, has been apprehended and identified. This individual is characterized by his bald head and a dark goatee. Notably, he possesses five visible tattoos, including the word “Dabby” on the right side of his chest, the numbers 197 accompanied by some potential unknown text on his left bicep, as well as additional tattoos adorning his left and right forearms, and right bicep.
