Joseph Joshua Harris, a fugitive on Texas’ Ten Most Wanted list, was apprehended in San Antonio on March 27, 2025.
The arrest was made by the San Antonio Police Department’s Covert Unit and Street Crime Unit, which organized a traffic stop using investigative information.
Harris, a 5-foot-11, 150-pound man, has been wanted since February 2025, when numerous warrants were filed in Bexar County for capital murder by terror threat and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, he has been arrested and charged with various charges since October 2023, including engaging in organized criminal activity, evading arrest/detention, theft of a firearm, unlawful carrying of a weapon, and vehicle burglary.
Harris was deemed armed and dangerous at the time of his arrest.
