Thaddeus Cordera Hodge, a 33-year-old Texas fugitive, has been apprehended by Rusk County Sheriff’s Office deputies. Hodge was on the Texas Ten Most Wanted Sex Offenders list.
Hodge, of Mt. Enterprise, Texas, was caught on March 17, 2025, according to a press release from the Rusk County Sheriff’s Office. He has been wanted since August 2023 for parole violations stemming from his 2018 conviction for two charges of indecency with a juvenile through sexual contact involving a 15-year-old female. Hodge was sentenced to eight years in prison for each felony, to be served concurrently.
In addition to parole violations, Hodge was issued warrants in August 2024 in Rusk County for failing to comply with the rules for sex offender registration and debit/credit card abuse. Despite being on the most wanted list, Hodge’s arrest was not the result of a report to Texas Crime Stoppers, and no reward will be offered, according to the source.
