Suspect sought by FBI following bank robbery in Kansas City on Tuesday

The FBI is currently looking into a bank robbery that occurred on Tuesday afternoon in Kansas City, Missouri.

At around 1:10 p.m., there was a reported incident at the Holy Rosary Credit Union located near Columbus Square-Park at the intersection of E. Missouri Avenue and Campbell Street.

The FBI reports that the suspect invaded the bank and handed over a note that contained a threat to use a weapon and demanded money.

A Black man, aged between 20-30 years, with a thin build, was seen leaving on foot as a suspect. He was sporting sunglasses, a ball cap and a black sweatshirt.

Fortunately, there were no reported injuries during the occurrence.
