A man from Starkville has been taken into custody in relation to a house fire that occurred on Sunday.
Corey Westmoreland, a 48-year-old individual, was apprehended by the Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Office deputies for his alleged involvement in the house fire, as reported by WTVA.
Westmoreland faces charges of arson and attempted murder.
On the evening of Sunday, January 5th, a fire broke out at a residence located on Craig Springs Road in Oktibbeha County.
