Shootings in Northeast Houston leaves two brothers injured

In northeast Houston, authorities are currently searching for the individual responsible for shooting two brothers.

In the parking lot of a food store and beauty supply near Collingsworth Street and Lockwood Drive, one brother told investigators that they heard gunshots just before 10 p.m. on Friday.

The brothers were transported to the hospital.

One of the individuals was taken into custody by the police as they had a warrant.

Investigators are currently examining the evidence in order to determine the identity of the shooter.

Lt. Willkens from the Houston Police Department expressed his concerns about the lack of clarity surrounding the stories. He mentioned that they are currently investigating the incidents to determine what exactly happened to the individuals involved.
