A second suspect, Isaiah Ray Williams, has been arrested and charged in the death of 23-year-old Sostenes Briones, who fell to his death from a six-story parking garage during a robbery on September 26 in Houston. The tragic incident occurred at an apartment complex on Leona Street, where Briones’ body was found in a breezeway.
The first suspect, Enrique Malaquias Bonilla, 21, was arrested earlier and faces charges of murder and aggravated robbery with serious bodily injury. Williams, now in custody, also faces similar charges.
Court documents accuse both suspects of causing Briones to fall from the parking structure in Houston. Police confirmed that Bonilla has admitted involvement in the incident. Both suspects are being held in Harris County Jail, with Williams’ court appearance scheduled for November 18, and Bonilla’s next hearing set for January 6, 2025.
Briones’ family remembers him for his warmth and willingness to help others. His mother and siblings have shared heartfelt tributes, expressing their deep loss.
