Police in Kentucky seek a woman who may be assisting a convicted child abuser and fugitive from South Carolina

Authorities are currently searching for a fugitive from Richland County who was convicted of abusing his three-year-old daughter. Several agencies have joined in the search efforts.

Last week, the U.S. Marshals Service released an announcement offering a reward to anyone who has information that could lead to the arrest of Nathan Ginter, aged 43. This happened after Ginter failed to appear in court for his trial. In 2022, Ginter was found guilty of committing four counts of unlawful conduct towards a child. He was charged with chronic physical abuse of his own young daughter.

WKYT, a sister station of WIS in Kentucky, reports that authorities are currently on the lookout for Riley Pearson, a 32-year-old from South Carolina who is believed to be assisting Ginter.

According to WKYT, the police were able to see the duo in the Leesburg area of Kentucky on Tuesday, but there have been no further sightings of them since then.

Authorities have deemed Ginter to be armed and dangerous.

According to reports, several law enforcement agencies, such as Kentucky State Police, Georgetown Police, Lexington Police, Paris Police, and Cynthiana Police, have joined in the search efforts conducted by the station.
