Patrol reports 14 arrests in north Missouri between Nov. 14 and 18, 2024

Between November 14 and November 18, 2024, the Missouri State Highway Patrol made fourteen arrests in North Missouri, ranging from misdemeanor traffic violations to serious felony charges such as aggravated fleeing, DWI, and possession of controlled substances.

Brant Riandten C, 28, of St. Joseph, MO, was arrested on charges including felony tampering with a motor vehicle, aggravated fleeing, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor assault on law enforcement. He is being held at the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department on a 24-hour hold.

Sarah R. McGary, 43, of St. Joseph, MO, was arrested for failing to appear on a misdemeanor warrant for expired plates issued by the St. Joseph Police Department. She is held at Buchanan County, and her release is bondable.

Christopher R. Boyce, 33, of Colorado Springs, CO, faces a felony charge of aggravated fleeing a stop or detention. He is being held at the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department on a 24-hour hold.

Melanie L. Myers, 23, of St. Joseph, MO, was arrested on a traffic warrant from the St. Joseph Police Department. She is held at Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center, with bond available for release.

Jacob A. McLaughlin, 26, of Brookfield, MO, was cited for speeding and faces a misdemeanor warrant for traffic violations from Linn County. He is being held at Caldwell County Detention Center and can be released on bond.

Matthew G. Douglas, 19, of Chillicothe, MO, was arrested for misdemeanor DWI with a prior offense and speeding. He is being held at Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail on a 12-hour hold.

Mark A. Keller, 45, of Omaha, NE, faces several infractions, including a Holt County warrant for failure to appear on seatbelt violations, speeding, no insurance, and failure to display plates. He is held at Nodaway County Sheriff’s Office with bond available for release.

Natalie S. Stratton, 61, of Nevada, IA, was arrested for misdemeanor DWI and having no insurance. She was released from Harrison County Community Hospital.

Bryan J. McDaniel, 54, of Kansas City, MO, was detained for misdemeanor DWI. He is held at Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail on a 12-hour hold.

Damon A. Stewart, 47, of Platte City, MO, faces charges for misdemeanor DWI and operating a vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, involving an accident. He is held at Nodaway County Sheriff’s Office on a 12-hour hold.

Eramiss C. Nicholson, 21, of Raytown, MO, was arrested for speeding 26 mph over the limit, having no valid license, operating a vehicle carelessly in an accident, leaving the scene of an accident with damages exceeding $1,000, cutting in on an overtaken vehicle, and resisting arrest. She is being held at Buchanan County Jail on a 24-hour hold.

Wyatt J. Hahn, 19, of Sibley, MO, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear on charges of operating a motor vehicle carelessly. He is held at Buchanan County Jail, with bond available for release.

Tyson C. Parker, 20, of Salisbury, MO, was arrested for DWI and released from Chariton County Jail.

Timothy D. Burkhart, 32, of Columbia, MO, faces several charges, including felony DWI as a persistent offender, driving while revoked for the second time, failing to drive in the right lane on a multi-lane highway, failing to register a motor vehicle, having no insurance, and not wearing a seatbelt.
