A federal lawsuit has been filed by a man from Columbiana County regarding the November election in Yellow Creek Township, Ohio.
Donald Vos is taking legal action against the Ohio Secretary of State with the firm belief that he has a strong case. His primary argument is that the Democratic Party should not be permitted to substitute Joe Biden’s name on the ballot.
According to Vos, the matter is straightforward and clear-cut. As he puts it, “It doesn’t require a rocket scientist to understand.” He firmly believes that no one else can fill the void left by the departing individual, as Ohio law simply does not permit it.
Living in Yellow Creek Township, Vos is well-informed about the state legislature’s decision to postpone the deadline for certifying a name for the ballot. However, he firmly believes that this decision is beyond reproach. Vos is determined to obtain an order or injunction that would restrict any other Democratic candidate from appearing on the ballot, except for Joe Biden. He is convinced that this is the right course of action based on his understanding of the law.
Vos stated that he would challenge the decision if another Republican candidate was put in Trump’s place at this stage of the race, had Trump stepped down.
According to Vos, he acquired his legal expertise through self-education. He recognizes the historical significance of the case and hopes that it will inspire others to file comparable lawsuits. At the age of 70, Vos remains committed to seeking justice for himself and promoting the rights of others.
He expressed hope that all 50 states will follow suit as no other state has implemented it yet.
According to Vos, the only two individuals who meet the requirements to be included on the presidential ballot are Donald Trump and Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
The lawsuit is currently awaiting a response from the state attorney general, who has been given a three-week extension before a hearing will be scheduled.
