Ohio deputies seek man wanted nationwide out of West Virginia after he led officials on a chase and vanished

Authorities in Ohio are currently on the hunt for an individual with a nationwide warrant who fled after leading officials on a chase on Tuesday. Deputies are actively searching for this man.

Timothy Shawn Wines, a 53-year-old from Washington County, Ohio, is currently being sought by the Noble County Sheriff’s Office. A nationwide arrest warrant has been issued for Wines by Jackson County, WV.

Earlier this week, The Noble County Sheriff’s Office made an attempt to pull over a vehicle in Belle Valley. The incident took place on Tuesday morning.

According to deputies, the car veered off the road and led to a pursuit that lasted a few minutes. Eventually, the Wines drove through a yard and down a driveway to the back of a house before fleeing on foot.

Despite searching the area of Sr340 near Gorby Run Rd, the Sheriff’s Office was unable to locate Wines.

In his plea to the community, Sheriff Jason Mackie emphasized the importance of remaining vigilant and reporting any sightings of Wines by calling 911.
