According to court filings, Monteer was an active, fully patched member of the motorcycle gang’s Lake Ozark Chapter and had recently been promoted to chapter president.
Packard was charged with accessory possession of a controlled substance and posted a $35,000 bond.
Dotson was also charged with delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, with a bond of $125,000.
