Law enforcement officials in Montgomery County have successfully apprehended Autumn Janelle Taber, a 30-year-old fugitive who was on the top 10 most wanted list. Taber was arrested on February 27, 2025, for felony warrants related to injury to an elderly person. This successful operation was carried out by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Conroe Police Department, in collaboration with the USMS Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force, with the assistance of US Marshals.
According to a press release from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, she is currently being held at the Montgomery County Jail.
