On Wednesday, Laila Brown was spotted in the 2000 block of North Berwick Avenue, a residential area situated just east of Indianapolis Motor Speedway and north of the intersection of 16th Street and Tibbs Avenue.
According to the police report, Brown stands at 6’2″ and weighs 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last spotted wearing a black crop-top and a red scarf tied around her hair. Authorities suspect that she requires medical assistance.
