In north central Indiana, the Indiana State Police conducted a saturation patrol for a week, resulting in the arrest of 70 individuals.
The joint effort was aided by the Miami County Sheriff’s Office, Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, Cass County Sheriff’s Office, Wabash County Sheriff’s Office, Kokomo Police Department, and Rochester Police Department.
The primary objective of the operation, as stated by ISP, was to ensure compliance with traffic laws, curb the illegal drug trade, and tackle reckless, distracted, and impaired driving.
Throughout the week-long saturation patrol, the following outcomes were achieved by ISP:

- 70 criminal arrests on 136 primarily drug-related charges
- 19 felony charges
- 105 misdemeanor charges
- 124 traffic citations issued
- 322 written warnings
- 12 arrests for driving while impaired
- 2 crashes worked
- 12 calls for service
According to the State Police, they seized a variety of drugs during the operation. These included cocaine, LSD, methamphetamine, heroin, marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms, edible marijuana products, MDMA, THC oil, ketamine, prescription medications, and drug paraphernalia.
