A road rage incident in Laurel County has led to several charges being filed against a father and son from Ohio. According to reports, the two men were involved in the incident.
According to the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office, a road rage incident occurred in the Adams Road area, roughly ten miles south of London, at around 3:20 pm.
As per reports, there was shouting heard by a deputy who happened to be investigating a crash nearby.
According to reports, Jacob Harness, a 26-year-old from Ohio, was witnessed assaulting a truck driver by a deputy. His father, James Harness, aged 53, allegedly fired multiple shots during the incident.
The charges filed against James were for first degree wanton endangerment and second degree disorderly conduct.
Jacob faces charges of fourth-degree assault.
According to officials, the assault did not cause serious harm to the truck driver.
