God’s Pit Crew, a disaster relief organization, is on its way to Texas to provide assistance to those impacted by Hurricane Beryl’s heavy flooding and damaging winds. This news was reported by WFXR and we are closely monitoring the situation.
On July 12, victims in Houston Texas and other surrounding areas will receive aid from the Disaster Response Team. Relief supplies, such as food, water, hygiene items, first-aid kits, Bibles, toys and games, blankets, snacks, and cleaning supplies, will be provided to those affected.
On-site, God’s Pit Crew will have its semi-trucks and haulers, fully equipped with dehumidifiers, generators, chainsaws, tarps, and other necessary equipment to provide aid in the cleanup initiatives.
“This storm has been wreaking havoc for several days,” commented Randy Johnson, President of God’s Pit Crew. “Our thoughts and prayers are with all those affected, and our team is prepared to commence the necessary work to help them rebuild their lives.”
Johnson emphasized that the ministry’s ability to respond to the crisis would not be feasible without the unwavering support of volunteers and donors.
“Every volunteer and donor who contributes to our relief efforts helps us move forward with our mission of providing hope and healing,” Johnson stated. “The individuals we have the privilege to assist are going through what may be the most challenging period of their lives, but it is your kindness and generosity that instills in them the hope to carry on.”
