Hurley mentioned that there is a potential for one or a few tornadoes in this situation, but the primary concern will be the high winds and hail. He stated that hail with a diameter of at least one inch and wind gusts ranging from 60 to 80 mph are common occurrences. Hurley also highlighted the heightened risk for vacationers, as the storms are predicted to move into southern Arkansas and western and northern Louisiana during the late hours. He advised that people in these areas might not have a clear view of their surroundings and may not be as aware of the weather conditions.
