Drugs And Forged License Lead To Arrest In Harris County

A man was taken into custody by deputies in Houston, Texas, after they discovered him sleeping at the wheel with drugs and a counterfeit driver’s license, as reported by Harris County Constable Precinct 5.

The incident took place on March 16, 2025, close to W Sam Houston Pkwy N and Westview Dr.

Deputies from Constable Terry Allbritton’s office carried out a welfare check on the driver, who showed signs of intoxication. Narcotics were visible on the center console, and the driver was found to be in possession of a fake Texas Driver’s License, as his actual license had been suspended.

The press release mentioned that the driver was arrested and taken into custody for an outstanding felony warrant related to Possession of a Controlled Substance. Additionally, they were also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Tampering with a Government Document.
