After their car and hotel room in Brattleboro were searched by the police, a New York City couple is now facing drug-related charges.
Police officers in Brattleboro took into custody Pablo Rodriguez, 63, and Lynn Ferguson, 38, who were staying at Quality Inn on Putney Road. Upon searching their vehicle, the authorities discovered 500 bags of a substance believed to be fentanyl and 26 grams of what they suspect is crack cocaine. Additionally, they seized over $2,600 in cash found in Rodriguez’s possession.
Upon searching their hotel room, the police discovered an additional 960 bags of what they suspect to be fentanyl and more crack.
Rodriguez and Ferguson faced charges of conspiring to sell cocaine and fentanyl.
