A 26-year-old woman from Booneville has been arrested and charged with aggravated animal cruelty.
On December 16th, 2024, the Booneville Police Department received a report of animal cruelty at a residence on Oak Drive. Patrol officers promptly responded to the scene, as stated in a press release from the department.
The Booneville’s Criminal Investigation Division took over the case and assigned it to their detectives.
Elizabeth Estelle Bullock, a twenty-six-year-old resident of Booneville, has been identified as a suspect in the case.
On December 18th, 2024, Bullock was taken into custody and faced charges for committing a felony count of aggravated cruelty to animals.
The Prentiss County Grand Jury will review the case, and her bond has been set at $5,000.
