Harris County sheriff’s deputies are currently investigating an armored truck robbery that took place in northeast Harris County on Friday afternoon.
Two male suspects robbed an armored truck at the Pine Forest Shopping Center on Uvalde Road, prompting a call to the deputies.
According to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, the males made their escape in a white vehicle after snatching a bag from the employees.
No details have been disclosed by investigators regarding the suspects or the robbery.

Surveillance footage captured the daring attempt by multiple suspects to rob an armored truck in Houston on Tuesday afternoon.
There has been a second armored vehicle robbery this week.
On Tuesday, an armored car driver was robbed by four to five suspects in a white Chevy. The incident took place while the driver was in the process of reloading an ATM in the 9400 block of Cullen Boulevard.
During the confrontation, both the driver of the armed car and the suspects exchanged gunfire, fortunately without causing any injuries.
A group of suspects seized a woman’s car and quickly escaped from the location.
No arrests have been announced by the police in connection with that robbery.
