According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, a collision occurred on Route 82 in Howland a little before 3 p.m. on Sunday, involving a motorcycle and a pickup truck traveling westbound. Crews were dispatched to the scene immediately.
According to OSHP, the motorcyclist sustained severe injuries in the accident and was promptly transported to the nearest hospital for medical attention. Temporary traffic stoppages were implemented and diverted to Howland-Wilson Road.
