The family’s names are Jiyeon Lee, 23; Taehee Kim, 69; and Junghee Kim, 64.
A family of three went missing in Arizona after leaving the Grand Canyon and traveling through a winter storm, according to authorities.
The Coconino County Sheriff’s Office is looking for information on the whereabouts of a family of three: Jiyeon Lee, 23; Taehee Kim, 69; and Junghee Kim, 64.
The family was last seen driving from the Grand Canyon area to Las Vegas last Thursday in a white BMW with California license plates, according to police, and GPS data from the rental car shows they were on westbound Interstate 40 around 3:30 p.m.
The Coconino County Sheriff’s Office said they are aware of other multi-car crashes on I-40 on the same day, but it is unclear whether their vehicle was involved in any of them.
