A Hazlehurst woman has been arrested and charged with felony embezzlement.
Roberson, who is thirty-three years old, was arrested for felony embezzlement after a thorough two-week investigation, as reported by Darkhorse Press.
Authorities have alleged that Rberson embezzled more than $24,000 from her former employer in Crystal Springs last year.
Local officials led the investigation into Roberson’s case and discovered her involvement in the alleged scheme.
The scheme and her involvement details have not been disclosed.
On January 23rd, 2025, authorities apprehended Roberson and placed him under arrest.
Roberson awaits her initial court appearance while being held in custody at the Copiah County Jail.
