Jelina Rosero and her 2-month-old son, Jahseh Harris, were last seen by Jelina’s grandfather on Thursday, Feb. 27, in their house on the 4500 block of Rising Sun Avenue, according to Philadelphia police.
Jelina is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. Authorities have no idea what she was last spotted wearing.
